The Channel Partner & KOL Manager for Mammotome is responsible for managing and growing the business in assigned territories with channel partners as well as Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Tertiary and general hospitals.

This position is part of the Korean Sales team located in Seoul, Korea and will be hybrid. At Mammotome, our passion is driving innovative technologies that create efficiencies, while never forgetting that at the heart of every breast cancer journey is a patient.

You will be a part of the Korean Sales Team and report to the Country Manager – MMT Korea responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence and fostering key partnerships to ensure the successful adoption of Mammotome products and solutions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate closely with channel partners to develop and execute sales strategies, marketing plans, and promotional activities to drive product adoption and revenue growth including annual commercial programs

  • Monitor partner performance, track sales metrics, and provide regular reports and feedback to management to drive sustainable and profitable business results.

  • Address any issues or challenges faced by channel partners and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and sales targets are met.

  • Builds and leverages relationships at all levels and networks both internally and externally to achieve desired results including anticipating and navigating situational resistance to new ideas or business development efforts to gain agreement/acceptance.

  • Identify, engage, and develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in Tertiary hospitals and general hospitals specializing in breast health and radiology to drive awareness, adoption, and utilization of Mammotome products and solutions within their respective institutions.

  • Organize and facilitate KOL meetings, educational seminars, and workshops to share clinical insights, best practices, and product advancements tied to marketing and sales initiatives.

  • Act as a liaison between KOLs and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for KOL initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in channel partner management and/or KOL management within the medical device industry, preferably in breast biopsy/health or oncology.

  • Proven track record of successful channel partner recruitment, development, and management in the medical device industry with a strong network of contacts and relationships with KOLs in Breast Health, surgery or radiology
