Boehringer Ingelheim Clinical Trial Manager in Seoul, South Korea

The Position

CTM is key position in local on the delivery of BI’s pipeline; The Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) is accountable for the operational and scientific oversight, the set-up, execution and delivery of their assigned clinical trials at the regional/local level. The CTM provides leadership and direction and accountable for the delivery of clinical trial/s as leader of regional team.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate country/site level clinical trial planning(feasility, budget, timeline, training, risk mitigation etc),

  • Manage and oversee clinical trial preparation and conduct

  • Monitor the trial progress based on clinical trial planning and proactively update and action contingencies

  • Establish and maintain relationships with external experts and investigator sites.

  • Appropriate oversight on CROs and internal team

Requirements

  • Requires a university degree (e.g. Masters degree or comparable degree) Major focus: Biomedical Life Sciences

  • Relevant experience in project/trial management (operational expertise and oversight experience during the phase of clinical trials, 5-10 years of experience preferred)

  • Good knowledge of international and national/regional guidelines and regulatory topics

  • Excellent influencing and communication skills;

  • Leadership potential with strategic mindset, collaborative thinking
