Job Information

Philips HR University Recruitment Intern in Seoul, South Korea

  • Upholding Campus hiring related policies, guidelines, technology and systems involved to partner with target universities and partner vendors

  • Maintaining and strengthening relationships with target university/college stakeholders as well as graduate recruitment

  • Consulting with career services office staff, faculty and student groups

  • Participating in planning events (both in-house and on-campus) prior to executing initiatives on campuses

  • Organizing and administer logistics for networking events

  • Managing logistical support for Philips assessment centers, interview days and other selection tools

  • Managing approved Campus vacancies and provide the business with outstanding candidates through standardized hiring process

  • Executing end-to-end recruitment process until the offer stage.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

  • Pursuing Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent preferred

  • Team player with a high sense of urgency, able to interact with all levels of the organization and connect well with students

  • Able to work proactively, independently and under pressure

  • Highly adaptable to matrix organization and complex business situation

  • Good team work and communication skill, attention to detail and reliable

  • Strong project management skills, learning agility and continuous improvement mindset

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Korean.
