Job Summary:

Major Account Executive is responsible for achieving their assigned sales plan by generating profitable UPS revenue growth through the development of new business and the retention of existing business within their assigned accounts, in the key non-country wide customer segment. He/She analyzes customers’ current supply chain needs to create appropriate solutions and promptly respond to customers’ requests.

Role & Responsibility

  1. Create market share and explore new business opportunities: This involves identifying potential markets, conducting market research, and implementing strategies to capture market share.

  2. Seek sales opportunities and be responsible for sales insights and customer insights in the region: This includes actively seeking out potential sales opportunities, analyzing market trends, and gaining insights into customer needs and preferences.

  3. Have the courage to create new business and achieve sales targets through conversion, acquisition, and penetration activities: This requires a proactive approach to generating new business by converting leads, acquiring new customers, and penetrating existing markets.

  4. Solve customer inquiries and concerns: This involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving their concerns, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

  5. Coordinate sales logistics with internal departments and close deals: This includes collaborating with internal departments such as logistics, finance, and operations to ensure smooth sales processes and successfully closing deals with customers.

Qualification

  1. Bachelor Degree holder

  2. 2-5 years of experience in sales, service industry is preferred: Applicants should have a bachelor's degree and preferably 2-5 years of experience in sales, with a focus on the service industry.

  3. Good writing and speaking skills in Korean and English: Strong communication skills in both Korean and English, including written and verbal proficiency, are necessary for effective communication with customers and colleagues.

  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, aptitude, and enterprising spirit: Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues, as well as demonstrate a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset.

  5. Good computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint: Proficiency in using computer software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential for tasks such as data analysis, report writing, and presentations.

Mon to Fri(09:00 18:00, exclude 1 hour lunch break)
