[Summary]

To accelerate new business development and profitable growth in animal health via proactive collaboration with ETH, DPS (Trauma/Powertool) BU, related enable functions and / or external experts

[Responsibilities]

  • To analyze market data to identify market potential, obtain market insight and monitor key intelligence on animal health trends

  • To pursue business opportunities to drive animal health business by approaching and identifying the right customers and commercial partners

  • To drive new market penetration, accelerate business growth and expand market potential in the untapped animal health market.

To build sustainable channel partner strategies and distributor networks to support penetrating animal hospitals

  • To design the animal hospital marketing strategy and execute initiatives to promote and generate sales revenues

  • To lead animal health products launching by collaborating with related enable functions (RA, HEMA, SC, GA, FIN and so on)

  • To build a rapport and trust with key customers and engage them

  • Participates in the preparation of sales plans and campaigns, business plans and product development plans

[Requirements]

  • At least 8 years in the medical device industry with sales or marketing management experience or research experiences

  • Veterinary related background or veterinary channel experiences would be preferred

  • Selling through distributor channels and new product launching experience are strong advantage

  • Ability to lead new market opportunities and capable of managing business operations

  • Market analysis and planning skills

  • Positive thinking with agility

  • Effective collaboration as a team player with excellent communication skills

  • Excellence in spoken & written English
