We are seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment team supporting client delivery. The ideal candidate will have impeccable attendance, a strong work ethic, and a desire to grow their career with ManpowerGroup.
Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Seven Hills, OH
Pay Range: $22-$25/hour
Shift : M-F, 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch
What's the Job?
Full-time in the office
Recruitment of candidates for manufacturing, distribution, and clerical positions
Onboarding, compliance, and ongoing candidate management
Client management
Provide coaching and counseling to associates as needed to ensure job performance and satisfaction.
What's Needed?
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
1+ years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
Desire to build relationships with candidates and clients
Computer and tech savvy
Multi-tasking skills
