Job Title: Production Laborer Contract to Union
Job Description
Seeking a diligent Production Laborer to build outdoor living products using concrete blocks and other materials in a manufacturing setting. The role involves a variety of tasks including visual quality inspection of blocks, consistently moving material, bending, and twisting. The candidate will be expected to read job specifications, perform quality inspections, and execute fabrication techniques such as cutting, gluing, grinding, and leveling material. Minor machine maintenance is also part of the duties, with a maintenance technician available for more complex issues.

This is a fully on-site position in Shakopee, Minnesota! Lots of OT, Laid back culture, contract to Union, start at $20 and get a $3-4 raise once hired on for the Union!
Work Environment
This role is primarily on the 1st Shift from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday in a production setting that is dusty, dirty, and loud, focused on manufacturing stone pavers and landscaping blocks.
