Job Title: Manager , Business Analyst, Commercial
Reports to: Director, IT BP & BA

Position Summary:
As the Manager, Business Analyst, Commercial, you will play a pivotal role in our organization by overseeing commercial operations analysis from an IT and digital perspective. You will be responsible for understanding business operational processes and related CRM systems. Your key value lies in defining and aligning commercial operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and driving improvements in commercial operation efficiency and quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate with multiple commercial teams to define and align operational KPIs
Ensure the quality of data used in measuring these KPIs and work to enhance data accuracy.
Monitor and ensure the quality of data used for commercial operational analysis
Design and promote the use of a KPI dashboard to facilitate easier tracking and understanding of commercial operational metrics
Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance commercial operation efficiency
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in commercial operations analysis
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration and utilization of CRM systems
Experience & Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in commercial operations analysis
Strong understanding of business operational processes
Familiarity with CRM systems and their functionalities, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets
Proficient in designing and creating visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Chinese and English
Be flexible to work in fast-grown environment and under pressure
Positive working attitude and continuous learning mindset
