Job Description

  • The role is responsible for the LBR stores operation routine tasks, continuous optimization and drive efficiency

  • Standardize & optimize operation processes, monitor store exeution, and support global audits;

  • Maintaining, editing and updating the Operations Manual wherever we need to add new policies and/or procedures in the stores

  • Manage the store service vendors (security/cleaning/maintenance/NPS/MSP…), oversee vendor service quality and cost saving, PO management.

  • Oversee store operating year budget plan & control

  • Looking into key metrics, data and analysing trends to bring new ideas to ground in an effort to improve store operation efficiency and productivity

  • Project management where you are expected to identify, prioritize and bring to completion multiple improvement projects within an agreeable timeframe with all quantitative and qualitative data, findings, and recommendations analysed

  • Being a Store Files Documentation/Data & Info Library Architect to ensure there is a way of sharing knowledge effectively within the store network

  • Support store trainings/workshops

  • Other store operation administration support: Finance/Contract/Meetings/Stock/Facilities/Employee Benefits…

Do you have what it takes?

  • A strong background from a Retail environment, where you have supported and/or managed multi-site stores/flagship stores for a period of 1 year plus and collaborated and influenced a broad range of stakeholders, preferably across countries

  • An understanding and passion for customer, consumer and shopper needs and how to deliver premium and engaging consumer experiences

  • Some Project Management experience, where you’ve gained exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Very strong proficiency in Data Management, Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, where your strength lies in conveying a clear message to multiple people

  • An innovative mindset who dare to challenge status quo and be an ambassador for change

  • Flexibility to travel to the various stores across China

  • Fluent in English both for oral and writing
