Nike Senior Analyst, Finance GC in Shanghai, China
Summary: Nike Marketplace Finance team is looking for a senior analyst, being a trusted partner of Nike digital commerce and membership team. This role will have responsibility of elevated financial analysis and decision support to Nike marketplace leadership. The role will report to Director, Finance Digital Commerce.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Nike Digital Commerce new platform (JD) team in driving attributable and incremental impact on key commercial, operational and consumer objectives.
Engineer financial framework and guardrail to drive sustainable growth model.
Deliver excellence against key financial strategic touchpoints, including CSR (3-year long term financial and strategic planning), AOP, budgeting, forecasting for new platform.
Provide in-year performance management through timely and insightful financial analysis to derive actionable insights to drive business decisions
Closely monitor progress, understand implications, and drive meaningful action plans.
Partner closely with membership team to co-create the future of GC membership.
Develop GC membership economics model together with business team to facilitate membership reward program roadmap.
Support both long-range and in-year conversation across marketplace and drive clear analysis for financial study.
Work with cross-functions to bring connected membership to life (incl. funding model).
Support Tmall membership program Wildwood with success measure finetuning, activity ROI assessment and drive program financial clarity especially for moments.
Support ad-hoc NDDC or other IMP projects based on needs
Qualification:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics or related areas is required; MBA, CPA, ACCA or CMA is preferred but not required.
6+ years of relevant work experience in FP&A with strong skill on data analysis and financial planning, as well as ability to solve complex problems combining pragmatic solution and strategic thinking
Business acumen and strategic mindset. A strong business thought partner
Strong analytical skills. Ability to provide insights based on financial and non-financial information
Works well in a cross-functional collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders
Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate across distance, to multiple functions, and to different level of management
Have the agility to work under pressure and ambiguity
