Description

  1. Developing and implementing supply chain strategies and processes to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply planning.

  2. Overall accountability of the execution of the production planning, scheduling and materials requirements planning processes and master data management;

  3. Lead local SR review and provide input to regional SR review and the strategic planning process

  4. Monitoring inventory levels and working with production and procurement teams to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

  5. Be accountable for the further development of team capabilities. Ensure recruitment, development and retention of high performing associates.

  6. Analyzing data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement in the supply chain process.

Qualifications

  1. 15 years working experience in supply planning,

  2. Understanding of Plant Operations

  3. Experienced in SAP

  4. Good in oral and written English

  5. Good skill of people interaction and communication

  6. Sharp on numbers and business acumen
