JOB REQUIREMENTS: Part Time Machine Operator 3rd Shift - 51829 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Johnsonville, LLC Machine Operator Part Time Pay Range: \$25.36/hr - \$26.95/hr + \$2.00 Shift Premium Hours: 8:30pm - 2:30am, Sunday-Thursday (Average of 29 hours per week) Responsibilities: * Rotate to all positions in the Stuffing area * Operating / Setting up / Changing over a Poly-clip and Francomatic * Lifting / hanging sticks weighing up to 40 lbs * Pushing wagons of product * Pushing racks of product * Maintaining all paperwork related to the position. Qualifications: * Strong written and verbal communication skills required * Strong math background is required * Must be able to communicate and demonstrate teamwork performance to maintain World Class Results * Must be able to push/pull racks and wagons * Must be able to complete production documentation paperwork accurately * Ability to learn and then properly use SAP to help manage an accurate casing inventory and product flow * Must be willing to cross-train at both stuffing and formulation. * Must be able to obtain a fork-lift license * Must be willing to learn basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, SA. * Ability to work at heights that are above ground level. * Must be able to lift 40 pounds. * Ability to become fluent with using the Redzone program and participate in Operator Driven Reliability. * Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.
