The position of Sales field support is within our IDDM-Japan located at Tokyo/Osaka. This role will Inspection equipment demonstration and usage support

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Our main business is field support (60%) of our diagnostic equipment (gene testing equipment, etc.), regular maintenance (20%), and general repair (20%))当社の診断機器（遺伝子検査機器など）のフィールドサポート（6割）定期保守点検 (2割]) 修理全般 (2割])の実務を担当する

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION:

• Academic background, college graduate, college of technology, graduate school学歴　大卒者、高等専門学校、大学院

• Qualification First-class driving license Ordinary car required第一種 運転免許普通自動車

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experienced in testing equipment, medical equipment industry, service engineer preferential treatment検査機器、医療機器業界経験者、サービスエンジニア経験者　優遇

• PC skills (Exel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)PCスキル（Exel、Word、PowerPoint等）

COMPETENCIES:

Examples of Requirements for Manufacturing Roles

• Must be able to read and understand safety signs and guidelines for equipment

• Must be able to work within warm and hot conditions while wearing safety clothing and equipment

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs consistently through a shift in order to safely move product from one production line to another

• Is able to identify defects on products quickly (either visually, audibly or by touching) in order to prevent defective products from being shipped to customers

• Can withstand strong odors and fumes in the working environment (within contained spaces due to air controls) throughout the day

• Can operate manual tools and semi-automated and automated pneumatic, mechanical and electrical equipment; computer and hazardous materials. Possible exposure to Blood borne pathogens and chemicals.
