Your role involves managing a team of skilled workers, ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and implementing safety measures in the fabrication facility. Required Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years' experience proven in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role. Preferred Skills/Qualifications: Strong leadership and team management skills. In-depth knowledge of fabrication processes, equipment, and materials. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in implementing and managing safety procedures and quality control standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Job Responsibilities: Team Management: Supervise and lead a team of fabrication staff, including welders, machinists, fabricators, and other related professionals. Delegate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct performance evaluations to ensure the team meets production targets. Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and delivery requirements. Coordinate with other departments, such as engineering and procurement, to plan and streamline fabrication processes. Quality Assurance: Enforce quality control measures to maintain high standards of production. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and regulatory standards. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process enhancement and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Optimize workflow and suggest technological advancements that can enhance production output. Safety and Compliance: Enforce and oversee safety protocols and regulatory compliance within the fabrication facility. Conduct regular safety training sessions and ensure adherence to industry standards and guidelines. Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of raw materials
