Pay Rate: $15.53-$17.00/hr Schedule: 1st Shift (6:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Thursday) 2nd Shift (2:00 pm - 12:30 am, Monday - Thursday, plus overtime as needed) Responsibilities: Operate machinery to manufacture automotive components such as acoustic insulation, air seals, gaskets, and more. Read and interpret blueprints to ensure precise manufacturing specifications. Maintain machinery and a clean work environment to uphold safety and quality standards. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
