Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Coordinator/Fabrication Engineering Technician to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the Quality Control Program, conduct quality and conformance checks, and prepare fabrication documents for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement quality control measures throughout the fabrication process.
- Perform quality checks and ensure conformance to drawings and specifications.
- Prepare fabrication documents for Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers based on the design drawings and calculations.
Collaborate directly with shop personnel and engineering regarding quality and fabrication activities, process improvement initiatives and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Experience in fabrication, quality control, or related fields is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coursework or experience in inspection, quality management, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pre-employment drug screening is required.
