UL, LLC Assistant Accountant (12-Months Contract) in Singapore, Singapore
Prepare journal entries and balance sheet statements, and reconcile ledger accounts requiring detailed knowledge of fundamental and advanced accounting concepts;
Prepare and consolidate monthly cash flow forecast and submission corporate;
Manage audit/tax schedules and liaise with External Auditors and Tax Advisors for ASEAN and Australasia to comply with respective jurisdictional GAAP and Tax Laws;
Stay abreast of current trends and practices in areas of specialization;
Perform other duties as directed.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Diploma holder with minimum 2 years’ experience required;
Working knowledge on Oracle System will be an added advantage;
Proficient and well versed in Microsoft Excel applications;
Able to work independently and under pressure with good time management;
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant and dynamic personality.
