We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst who prides themselves on being the voice behind the numbers!

Core Responsibilities

  • Drives communication of our consumers’ voice through provision of comprehensive surveys and contact analysis.

  • Reviews consumer survey data, including voice and text comments, and creates insights and trend reporting on it utilizing a variety of communication techniques in a daily/bi-weekly/monthly/quarterly cadence to various audiences.

  • Works with cross-function teams to proactively define analytic questions, scopes of work and align on priorities, challenging status quo beliefs through insights.

  • Represent the voice of the consumer through contact reporting and insights that drive key business decisions and transformation.

  • Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, automation and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics.

  • Presents results of analytical initiatives and insight activities across the business.

LEGO Consumer & Shopper Engagement (CSE) has the objective of putting the voice of the consumer at the heart of everything LEGO does, providing the insights to drive data-based decision making at all levels. We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst to bring their skills with data analysis, insights creation and communication to contribute to our growth and development.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Advanced ability to utilize various data sources to synthesize insights, and the communication skills to deliver reports with strong storytelling narratives via presentations.

  • Experience working with databases, producing data analytics, reporting and dashboards to monitor and communicate performance metrics, including the automation of these.

  • Advanced data analytics, modelling and visualization skills, including the use of Excel, Power BI or Tableau.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, proactively defining questions, scope and delivery.

  • Able to work both independently and in close collaboration with cross-functional project teams.

  • Experience with programming languages like SQL or Python would be advantageous.#LI-SW1
