Job Description Summary

The Digital Solutions & Nuclear Medicine / PET Lifecycle Product Sales Specialist is the subject matter expert for GE HealthCare’s portfolio of asset & clinical performance management (APM & CPM) software solutions and nuclear medicine equipment lifecycle upgrades. You are responsible for business development and sales opportunities across the ASEAN, Korea and ANZ region.

You are expected to take the lead in conveying compelling value proposition of GE HealthCare’s portfolio of asset and clinical performance management solutions - supporting sales teams in converting sales opportunities, qualifying customer needs, developing and presenting solution proposals, and responding to customers’ clinical/technical/process questions, to successfully execute and close sales.

You are also expected to collaborate closely with the country equipment and channel teams to build relationship and manage short- and long-term business goals for APM & CPM solutions.

Products and solutions within the APM / CPM portfolios include, but not limited to GE DoseWatch (Radiation Dose Monitoring Software), GE Imaging Insights (Radiology Operations Management and data analytics platform), Digital Expert (remote clinical applications training and support device and service).

Products and solutions within the nuclear medicine equipment lifecycle upgrades includes, but not limited to NUC/PET, Xeleris workstations and cyclotron software and hardware upgrades.

Job Description

Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to)

  • Perform direct sales, demonstrations & application within the APM & CPM software portfolio.

  • Perform direct sales, demonstrations & application within the Nuclear/PET lifecycle portfolio.

  • Responsible for all radiation dose monitoring accounts within ASEAN, Korea & ANZ, grow market share and onboard new customers and users.

  • Create and develop demands for imaging information management tool, as well as educational tool available.

  • Develop subscription model aligning with digital imaging portfolio.

  • Ensure presence and regular follow up of customer and KOLs’ interests / development, providing them with regular information on the software solution.

  • Provide presales and post-sales support to potential and existing customers.

  • Gathering market information and competition analysis

  • Upsell and cross sell value-added solutions to the customer by the help of all available resources from the Sales organization.

  • Build long term, strategic alliance with the accounts to be protected against competitive threats and continue to add value.

  • Cooperate with new equipment sales teams on active commitment at customer focus.

  • Participate in frequent travel across ASEAN, Korea and ANZ to engage customers

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Demonstrated current basic understanding of radiology techniques and protocols (oncology, or radiotherapy), hospital operations (workflows, scheduling, operations management), medical physics, radiation safety (ie. Radiation Dose Monitoring and reporting)

  • Have previously been in quota carrying-role or position.

  • At least one of the following core experiences:

  • Strong clinical/ technical experience following certification with demonstrated clinical/technical skill in specific areas or;

  • Significant commercial applications/modality experience with demonstrated successes in high level customer interactions and sales scenarios.

  • Willingness to travel extensively within ASEAN, Korea and ANZ to attend meetings and tradeshows.

  • Fluency in English and any other Southeast Asian language preferred.

Desired Characteristics

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree / and / or certification in related technical/clinical field:

  • Medical Physics and Medical Imaging

  • Radiation Safety

  • Biomedical Engineering / Engineering

  • Strong leadership skills (respected by peers and leadership for contributions to the business)

  • Strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired)

  • Demonstrate ability to understand and present complex material in understandable terms.

  • Demonstrate interpersonal & communication skills (ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, to external customers, global counterparts and to team members in other functional organizations)

  • Solid problem-solving skills (ability to manage and resolve conflict, communicate issues and propose solutions to both internal team members and external customers)

  • Self-motivated, willingness to take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and take actions to improve.

  • Team oriented, collaborative, flexible with a customer satisfaction mindset

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage multiple priorities at one time

  • Strong demonstrated clinical scanning skills in specific

  • Presentation & Education skills

  • Application skills within radiology / imaging department

  • Capability to meet and deal with governmental institutions

  • Relationship building, Efficiency in team working
