The Transformation Project Manager is primarily responsible for supporting high-impact strategic initiatives across Iron Mountain globally. The Project Manager ensures scalability and full global deployment of existing and new

transformational projects and initiatives with an emphasis on accelerating revenue growth beyond the BAU MYPs and enabling incremental EBITDA.

This may include all aspects of operations including transportation, field operations, special projects, and other transformational areas as as grow.

To be successful in this role, the candidate will need to be agile, responsive, work under tight deadlines, and be competent in using the Google suite of applications. The candidate must possess excellent verbal, written, and

presentation skills. The Project Manager must have the ability to work well in a fast-paced, global, multifaceted environment. Excellent planning, intelligence, attention to detail, time management, communication, efficient context

switching, and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure business outcomes are delivered according to expectations.

The Project Manager will analyze and evaluate trends and feedback to identify opportunities. The project manager will work collaboratively on both existing and new initiatives while also being able to communicate concepts persuasively to a variety of audiences within the commercial and operational teams who will execute on them in the field.

Responsibilities:

● Manage multiple projects (from planning through execution) to ensure successful delivery

● Drive projects forward and to completion by identifying obstacles and participating in developing solutions

● Align project changes, risks, and dependencies with the overall plan.

● Provide accurate and timely communications and reporting for all assigned projects

● Participate and support governance meetings and reviews as needed

● Oversee the reporting process and results for projects

● Monitor and report key metrics associated with Global Transformational projects (ie volumes, timeliness,

accuracy

● Liaison with multiple teams within the GlobalOps Transformation team

Qualifications:

● Minimum Education Requirements: BA or BS Degree or 10 Years experience in a related position.

● Strong program/project management skills and corresponding certifications are a plus.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● A deep understanding of the company’s business and operating systems is a plus.

● A high degree of personal ownership and accountability to consistently deliver results and prioritize work in a

fast-paced and high-profile environment.

● Demonstrate a strong willingness to work independently to learn new processes and skills; this includes the

ability to work in a virtual environment.
