Kuehne+Nagel Logistics Specialist in Singapore, Singapore

You will be joining our Customer Care Team to add your expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer Excellence.

Your Role

You will support customers by providing helpful information, answering queries, + responding to complaints and feedback. Utilizing your strong forwarding + market knowledge, you will provide front line support for customers to ensure customer satisfaction with our products, services + features.

Your Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Logistics Coordination: Oversee and manage the transportation of goods via air, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.

  • Order Management: Process and track customer orders, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met.

  • Communication: Maintain clear and proactive communication with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.

  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the logistics process, providing timely solutions to customers.

  • Documentation: Prepare and verify all necessary documentation for air shipments, including bills of lading, invoices, and export/import paperwork.

  • Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in air logistics, freight forwarding, or customer service.Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in logistics management software and MS Office applications.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Knowledge: Understanding of air freight operations, customs regulations, and international trade compliance.

  • Language: Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage
