We are seeking for a dynamic Project Management Director to lead and manage department-related services in an assigned market or client account. As a Project Management Director, you will play a crucial role in achieving our strategic business objectives.
Responsibilities
Provide formal supervision to employees, oversee training and development, conduct performance evaluations, and handle recruitment and hiring.
Coordinate and manage the daily activities of the team, including work schedules, task assignments, and cross-training.
Direct all phases of the project management process for small to medium-sized clients, ensuring accurate and timely execution.
Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships.
Take full responsibility for the financial performance of market, program, and client accounts.
Identify project risks, lead reviews, and develop risk mitigation plans.
Apply a robust knowledge of multiple disciplines and key business drivers to drive departmental and cross-functional performance.
Lead by example, embodying CBRE RISE values, and negotiate with external partners to achieve common goals.
Identify and solve complex operational and organizational problems, utilizing appropriate resources.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 8-12 years of relevant experience. However, we will also consider a combination of experience and education.
Preferred certifications include LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations.
Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, performance appraisal, and retention is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills to effectively convey performance expectations and handle sensitive, complicated, and difficult information.
Strong leadership abilities to set, manage, and achieve targets that directly impact multiple department results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Exceptional organizational skills and a curious mindset to explore and uncover new opportunities.
Advanced math skills, including the ability to calculate percentages, fractions, and other financial-related figures.
