Medtronic Sales Operations Analyst in Singapore, Singapore

A Day in The Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead process improvement efficiency initiatives and manage the progress, planning, execution, and control of projects across multiple teams.

  • Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.

  • Create and manage roadmap communication of sales operations practices, proposing and implementing the sharing of sales operations best practices across Island SouthEast Asia (ISEA) for adoption across various ISEA countries.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to plan large-scale digital initiatives to enable commercial alignment between sales and marketing and achievement of sales goals, activities and processes e.g. business platform digitalization across marketing and sales.

  • Lead the technology roadmap, own the various sales platforms and account planning tools to support the sales operations evolution into a center of expertise.

  • Initiate and drive internal transformation initiatives and drive improvement initiatives on process, reporting and tools that help deliver operational excellence for the sales team.

  • Provides administrative support to the Commercial Team for seamless customer engagement and experience

  • Ability to drive efficiencies to harmonize processes and engineer business process activities.

Day to day support as follows:

  • Assisting the sales team to do Vendavo billing, ordering of product brochures, PPE, toolkit bag (programmer trolley bag, HF sales kit bag etc)

  • Support sales team on tender contract

  • Raising ECATS for educational grant, educational events, marketing events for Singapore and make sure the entire process is compliant

  • Report preparation such as marketing report and others report when required

  • Coordinate Operating Unit (OU) events where required such as MedPace Live, patient symposiums, off-site conferences, training sessions …

Must Have

  • Bachelors degree required

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Your Profile

  • Strong communication skills to delegate work, collaborate with teammates and understand the details of a task.

  • Having excellent interpersonal skills, able to work independently and fast pace environment

  • Change management and influencing skills, with proven experience of collaboration with a broad range of stakeholders.

  • Experience of working in a dynamic, multi-cultural international company in an independent manner, supporting cross-location and function stakeholders.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Sharepoint

  • Experience in Power BI, Power Automate, will be an advantage.
