You will be responsible for driving growth of EMR/CM solutions in the APAC region. You will help prospective EI customers realize the value of our solutions by providing deep product expertise and knowledge during the sales cycle. You will also play a critical role ensuring EI Business Unit strategies are translated into the field by radiating product knowledge with account owners and channel partners
This role requires a passion for educating and building relationships with our customers, and a relentless focus on delivering results.
Your responsibilities include the following:
Drive product growth by providing product expertise throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with (Key) Account Managers and Sales Executives to support and win prospective opportunities for EI
Deliver product demonstrations and support in-depth conversations with prospective customers to demonstrate product value proposition
Advise customers on optimal product configuration to support their underlying needs
Partner with non-EI sellers on co-selling opportunities to bring the full value of our EI portfolio to broader Philips enterprise customers
Educate channel partners and non-specialist sellers on core value proposition of products to support their lead generation and qualification activities
Support translation of EI business unit strategy into business objectives
Collaborate with regional business unit leaders to ensure relevant BU/product-specific sales initiatives are effectively deployed in the field with our customers
Effectively manage an order funnel to build towards targets and EI business objectives
Maintain EI seller best practices (incl. Salesforce utilization and hygiene) to enable effective reporting and forecasting
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
Preferred bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
Nursing background of acute environments such as ICU/ED/OT
Prior experience in a Healthcare IT product-specialized sales role - providing deep technical expertise to clinical customers during sales process, proven track record of delivering business results for key products.
Experience managing a software sales funnel and prioritizing opportunities requiring escalation or acceleration to ultimately deliver on results
Track record of ability to cultivate strong customer relationships with key decision makers (incl. C-suite)
Able to clearly articulate the value of technical software and/or medical products to a range of customer profiles
Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce)
Quality first and Patient Safety mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to travel
