Purpose of Role

The Talent Development (TD) Intern will focus on the operational and analytic area across in South Asia Pacific (SAPAC). Your key responsibility will involve playing a crucial role in guaranteeing the seamless implementation of our training initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Learning &Development (L&D) team to manage operational duties and provide support for data analysis pertaining to learning results.

We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.

Your impact

  • Data Analysis: To be able to use excel and analytics tools (Power BI) to collect and analyze data from training programs, related to training effectiveness and learner’s performance and to create dashboard for reporting.

  • Operational Support: Assist in the logistical and administrative aspect of training sessions which includes scheduling, learner’s registration, and resource coordination.

  • Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries of training activities and learning outcomes for use by the TD team and management

  • Communication: Communicate with TD team and participants to ensure seamless training experience

  • Documentation: Assist in creating and organizing training materials, documentation and resources if needed

  • Quality Assurance: Help ensure the quality and consistency of training programs through attention to detail and adherence to established processes.

Who are we looking for?

  • Strong interest or eagerness to learn about the administrative aspects of TD and data analysis.

  • Strong Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques and tools (Power BI/Articulate is a bonus)

  • Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)

  • Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and also has a team player mindset.
