Purpose of Role
The Talent Development (TD) Intern will focus on the operational and analytic area across in South Asia Pacific (SAPAC). Your key responsibility will involve playing a crucial role in guaranteeing the seamless implementation of our training initiatives. You will collaborate closely with the Learning &Development (L&D) team to manage operational duties and provide support for data analysis pertaining to learning results.
We will prioritize candidates who can dedicate themselves to a full-time 6-month internship.
Your impact
Data Analysis: To be able to use excel and analytics tools (Power BI) to collect and analyze data from training programs, related to training effectiveness and learner’s performance and to create dashboard for reporting.
Operational Support: Assist in the logistical and administrative aspect of training sessions which includes scheduling, learner’s registration, and resource coordination.
Reporting: Prepare reports and summaries of training activities and learning outcomes for use by the TD team and management
Communication: Communicate with TD team and participants to ensure seamless training experience
Documentation: Assist in creating and organizing training materials, documentation and resources if needed
Quality Assurance: Help ensure the quality and consistency of training programs through attention to detail and adherence to established processes.
Who are we looking for?
Strong interest or eagerness to learn about the administrative aspects of TD and data analysis.
Strong Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis techniques and tools (Power BI/Articulate is a bonus)
Strong multi-tasking skills & sense of urgency (good time management)
Takes initiative and is able to work independently with strong follow-up skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated and able to work independently and also has a team player mindset.
