Reports to: Senior Manager, North America Self Care Regional Deployment Leader

Location: Skillman, NJ ( Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025 .)

Pay: $88,000.00 - $142,600.00

What will you do

We are looking for an associate brand manager to join the global Self Care team based in Summit, NJ USA. (Fort Washington, PA until Q2 2026)

In this role, you will partner with the global self care need state teams (Pain, Allergy, Digestive Health, Cough/Cold/Flu/Sinus (CCFS)) and the US/Canada commercial teams to execute the regional strategy for North America, ensuring that both the US and Canada teams have the tools (e.g., communications, innovation) that they need to win in their markets.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a link between the Region and the Global Brand / Need State Table on a day-to-day basis

Work across need states, partnering with Self Care need state leads in segment to help cascade globally aligned strategy, comms, innovation and other initiatives

Ensure a cohesive approach to marketing deployment across North America region, embedding principles of science of brand growth, aligned to Global Growth brand plan.

Responsible for execution of strategic portfolio management choices (receiving the strategy and helping to execute it)

Responsible for the execution of the North America (US Canada) commercial innovation portfolio for Pain, Allergy, Digestive Health and CCFS

Responsible for working through regulatory nuances and regional differences between two key priority markets, US & Canada, while aiming to create synergies between the two regions

Rollout global comms, content, playbooks to markets/clusters in region, editing only for regional nuances as agreed with Global need state and redeployment leads

Cascade HCP & Influencer strategy, playbook and executional framework, including regional conferences, contact & sampling strategy, where relevant for need state Projects

Rollout Globally aligned innovation, as per stage gate governance & market prioritization

Ensure adoption of Portfolio Strategy, price, pack architecture, including any RGM, SPM regionally led actions

Coordinate any Master text Artwork amends through Veraciti, adhering to global design guidelines

This position require up to 20% travel

Required Qualifications

Bachelors Degree, Ideally a Graduate Degree

5 Years of Experience in Consumer Goods/Innovation Territories

Experience in executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization, preferably with a breadth of functional and/or industry experience.

Experience collaborating with regional teams.

Experience deploying global strategy

Desired Qualifications

Experience with marketing/branding in the Self Care category

Evidence of having worked in a complex/multi-factorial environment making the complex simple.

Experience in working with E2E cross functional teams.

Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth experience working with and managing global teams.

Proven experience in managing the complexity of working across numerous time zones, influencing senior level stakeholders, and managing & inspiring team members across various levels who are not direct reports.

Experience working with R&D, Market Research, Communications Agencies, Finance, Sales and Project Management is required. Experience working with Legal, Regulatory, and global partners is preferred.

Evidence of having shaped thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment making the complex simple.

Evidence of collaborative shaping with clarity & impact cutting through swirl not afraid to make difficult decisions.

Ability to make clear choices and highly developed prioritization skills.

What's in it for you

Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $88,000.00 - $142,600.00 This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.
