Customer Service Rep Job Description
Answer all incoming phone calls and rememberNothing happens till you get the car in the shop. Keep customers happy and build relationships (Director of WOW!) Help write up vehicles dropped of night before Pull phone messages from night before and call back Greet and write up clients coming in for service Call all clients when vehicle is completed Present and Explain invoices with clients and collect payment Keep eye on schedule (keep full) Receive client information input in management software Make reminder calls Send out all reminder letters, post cards and thank you cards Pick up and drop of clients occasionally Keep client counter, bathrooms and waiting rooms clean Get as many referrals as possible Sign up as many Car Care Club memberships as possible Get as many testimonials as possible. Sign clients up on any promotions you are running
