Aerotek Assembly Operator $17+ HR in Solon, Ohio

Machine Operator: $16-20 HR

Job Description

We are seeking two motivated individuals to join our team as Machine Operators for Bonds - one for the 2nd shift ($19 per hour) and one for the 1st shift ($17 per hour). As a Machine Operator, you will be tasked with assembling entire products or components of products, operating various machines, following work instructions and drawings, checking material for correct sizes, lifting up to 40 lbs, performing small part assembly, troubleshooting machines, adjusting feeds and speeds of machines, ensuring machines are running properly and performing documentation of any quality errors. You will receive training on how to perform change overs on machines. This is a fast-paced and repetitive role, where you will work with smaller pieces that are braided rope made out of copper, cap off the harsh ends and put them in boxes, and work off of work orders. The ability to read a tape measure is a must.
