Aerotek General Production Worker in Solon, Ohio
Job Title: Assembler ($18+HR)
Job Description
We have multiple openings for the position of General Production Worker across different shifts. The available shifts include 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd shift (3:30 PM - 12:00 AM), and 3rd shift (12:00 AM - 7:00 AM). Candidates will be considered for various positions based on their skill sets and will be selected during the interview process.
Responsibilities
Read work instructions to meet production quotas.
Perform repetitive work while seated for extended periods.
Operate machines and apply beads of glue to wires using ultraviolet light.
Ensure quality standards are met by paying attention to detail.
Connect cables to circuit boards and assemble small plastic components.
Follow directions to complete cable assemblies as per daily targets.
Insert wires into small plastic housings and perform crimping tasks.
Essential Skills
Experience in production or assembly line work (preferred).
Proficiency in assembling small parts.
Ability to follow detailed instructions.
High attention to detail and visual inspection skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience working with cables, electronics, or soldering.

Work Environment
The work environment is clean and organized, with employees seated at individual workstations in a production-based setting. The team consists of 12 employees working together to ensure smooth production flow. Candidates may need to work at different locations (Cochran Rd and Aurora Rd) and will have the opportunity to observe and participate in various stages of production, from crimping to housing cable assemblies, shelling cables, and gluing.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
