Job Title: Press Operator

Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will set up and operate heavy-duty power press to bend, form, stretch, and straighten a variety of products as specified by blueprints, layout, and templates. You will need to plan the sequence of operations, work from various instructions, check material for correct size and type, use micrometers, calipers, scales, and fixed gauges to check work, and move materials as necessary. You will also assist with the set-up of complicated progressive dies and check safety devices as needed for specific jobs. You may be required to perform other related duties as assigned, which may necessitate working more than the normal shift hours or work week.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Solon, Ohio.

Work Environment

The work environment includes shifts across 2nd (3pm-11pm), and 3rd (11-7) with shift differentials. Openness to working on weekends (two weekends a month) is required. This is primarily a stamping facility where we make fasteners for the steel industry. We are a high-performance electrical company with a dedicated team and trusted brands.
