OnLogic, Inc. Receptionist in South Burlington, Vermont

We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they arrive. You will answer incoming calls to our main line, ensuring that calls are answered and directed to the appropriate person promptly. You will provide support to various tasks, such as events and office management, to help keep our office running smoothly.

On an average day, you'll...

  • Answer and route incoming phone calls.

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.

  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized.

  • Order office and first aid supplies as needed.

  • Provide administrative support to various departments, such as scheduling meetings and assisting with office tasks.

  • Provide a welcoming and informative experience for visitors as the primary point for tours.

  • Assist with other general administrative duties as needed.

  • Foster a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all employees.

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

  • Identify and implement process improvements for both cafe and cleaning operations.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with team members, and external partners.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, managing multiple priorities and meeting tight deadlines.

  • Successful completion of a background check.

  • Ability to work in the US without visa sponsorship

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $45,000 to $55,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
