DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Security Officer 2, you are responsible for the protection of life and property by supervising assigned Security Officers. Responsibilities include the training, instructing, and mentoring of lower-level Security Officers in facility policies, procedures, and methods of security service. You also regulate the activities of clients, employees, and visitors in accordance with prescribed regulations. In addition, you are responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of the agency communication center, and you report directly to the Safety Manager.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment, 40-hour work week Work hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with rotating days off. There is no lunch break in this position. Please check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year as a Security Officer 1;or Any equivalent combination of experience or training which provides the knowledges, skills, and abilities required to provide supervisory security services. Special Requirement: You must currently possess a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License. Other Requirements: You must meet the PA residency requirement.
