WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a Lead, Brand Marketing Professional to join our Women’s Lifestyle Brand Management team in Southeast Asia and India (SEA&I). This person will play a critical role in helping grow the future of our Nike Lifestyle brand, therefore this person should have a comprehensive grasp of the youth community, youth/sport culture and the sneaker & fashion landscape in SEA&I.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will partner with our Nike Marketing leaders and the Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) geography to execute our Women’s Lifestyle brand strategy and drive cross-functional execution of our seasonal and daily initiatives.

You will work across the territory and city offense, focused on key projects that build consumer experiences that accelerate brand engagement and business growth opportunities internally and externally for the Nike Brand.

In this role you will gain insight from consumers including cultural trends, overseeing product integration into seasonal programming, briefing marketing initiatives, supporting development of seasonal programming, managing asset development and distribution across multiple channels, delivering marketing plans from ideation to execution and managing campaign progress measurement including recapping and de-briefing.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

As a Lead Brand Marketing Professional, you will collaborate with teammates across Nike to build more effective and efficient ways to inspire and connect with athletes*.

To build integrated marketing plans, you will collaborate and partner with the following key internal and external partners: Geography, Territory and City Teams, Brand Management, Brand Creative, Integrated Media, Digital Marketing, Energy Marketing, PR/Communications, Social & Community Impact, Product & Merchandising, Marketplace Partners, Finance & Procurement, Agency & Production partners.

In this role, you will also work daily with the Nike SEA&I Women’s Brand Director and partner with the APLA Lifestyle Brand Team.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 5+ years of working experience in brand management, consumer marketing or related experience in fashion, editorial, publishing, sports, consumer brands, magazines, streaming platforms, subscription services.; 2 years additional experience in lieu of a degree.

  • Genuine passion and knowledge of sneaker/streetwear culture, youth culture trends and the Nike brand.

  • Ability to think strategically, lead initiatives, project teams and influence effectively.

  • Pro-active information-seeking skills, with the ability to balance creativity with organizational and procedural excellence in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.

  • A team-first mentality with ambition to coach and mentor others.
