Nike Senior Administrative Assistant in South, Singapore, Singapore

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant based in Singapore to work closely with the teams across Southeast Asia & India (SEA&I). You will be a strong candidate if you have highly effective communication skills, are a self-starter, have creative problem-solving skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will be part of the cross-functional admin team, covering one another in any absences and working collaboratively to deliver and achieve results for the SEA&I business, whether is it on daily operational matters or ad-hoc projects.

On any given day, you will manage administrative and operational matters such as the onboarding process for new hires, overall business presentation reports and organization charts, maintaining office supplies inventory, PO creation and resolution, and any other business support matters. You will support 5 functional leaders in business travel arrangements, budget tracking and reports, meeting and room requirements, expense claims, maintaining email distribution lists and ad-hoc project management.

Periodically, you will also be involved in executing end-to-end event management for the leadership team, including planning, liaising with vendors, invites, set-up, actual day live support, payment-related matters, and post-action review.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be reporting to the Senior Director, Brand Marketing SEA&I, located in Singapore. Operationally, you can lean on the cross-functional Admin team to support 5 functional leaders and their teams on the various business support matters. You will be working across teams and levels with a variety of management styles, as well as managing outside suppliers and vendors.

WHAT YOU BRING

• At least 3 – 5 years of relevant experience working in a large, matrixed multinational company

• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal English

• Highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel applications

• Efficient in managing across different and/or conflicting priorities

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Proactive, meticulous and well-organized

• Able to multi-task, work well in a dynamic environment and deliver within tight timelines
