Position Title: Sr. IT Business Analyst
*Position Duties: *Provide business analyst support of several ERP applications in the area of P2P, OTC, and EDI by utilizing knowledge of the Marelli Group's corporate proprietary products and processes. Utilize advanced skills in ERP areas under EDI, sales and distribution, materials management, warehouse management including customer scheduling agreements, sales order, shipping, purchasing, vendor scheduling agreement, release procedures, special procurements, valuation, and various activities involved in material movements. Provide expertise and issue resolution in configuration dependencies and interrelationships between ERP Modules. Translate Marelli's business processes into technical requirements. Propose, design, test and implement best practices in the role's functional areas and handle the necessary change management. Develop functional specifications, perform system integration or unit testing for proposed solutions, and document the resolution to perform knowledge transfer to end users. Conduct training sessions for the key users and end users to improve ERP Skills within Marelli. Provide guidance to resolve technical errors and recommendations to ensure all business operations run smoothly. Recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes, identifying problems, evaluating trends, and anticipating requirements. Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Audit integrated systems with ERP and assess their outcomes. Help ensure growth and success by providing mentoring and training in the established processes, policies, and procedures, as well as with tools and templates. Other duties as assigned.
Telecommuting permitted 40% of time. Domestic and International Travel required 5% of time.
