Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk in Spokane, Washington. This role is pivotal to our team, focusing on all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and maintaining accurate customer records. The position also involves significant interaction with both internal teams and external customers, requiring strong communication skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Engage with customers for payment resolution, effectively managing any issues or disputes
• Record and reconcile payments, maintaining meticulous records for audit purposes
• Resolve payment discrepancies, liaising with customers and internal teams as necessary
• Manage collection efforts and associated functions, adhering to company policies and procedures
• Handle sensitive financial information with discretion and in a timely manner
• Provide support for internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and reports
• Use various software such as Microsoft Office applications, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for different tasks
• Utilize skills in account reconciliation, billing, cash applications, and cash collections for efficient operation of the accounts receivable function
• Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and team collaboration.
WAGE RANGE: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour DOE

Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation.
• Familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Experience in Billing activities.
• Knowledge of Cash Applications.
• Experience in Cash Collections.
• Ability to handle Commercial Collections.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with Oracle.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks.
• Experience in using SAP for accounting purposes.
