Job Description Summary
The Services Technology Acceleration Center (STAC) is dedicated to advancing aerospace inspection technologies and repair processes and enhancing customer support capabilities for its Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities around the globe.
We are looking to hire a Lead Quality Engineer to our rapidly growing business.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage quality related activities such as RCCA investigation, audits, NPI and process improvement activities.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Focal point for operations quality related matters
Partner and engage with team members to drive robust & timely RCCA in order to reduce Customer disruptions, escapes, loss events and improve customer satisfaction
Support audit (Internal, External & Supplier) activities in accordance with aviation regulatory requirements
Support, review and approval of New Product Introduction (NPI) and Process Change Notice (PCN) initiatives.
Identify and implement quality improvement initiatives
Lead quality response to customers (RCCA, certification, documentation, and other quality related issues)
Supporting the development, administration, and maintenance of various quality systems (FAA, EASA, CAAC, UK CAA, others)
Supporting the development, administration, and maintenance of the Safety Management System
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelors degree (in Engineering preferred) from an accredited college or university and 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Production Quality Assurance (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing and Production Quality Assurance).
1+ years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action techniques.
Qualified Auditor with 1+ years of auditing experience.
Desired Characteristics :

Relevant experience in managing a new product through iterations to improve quality
