Finance Coordinator Job Description: The Performance Project seeks a non-profit, financial or accounting professional with experience in community-based nonprofits and the financial side or accounting for nonprofits, to assist in financial and organizational duties. Responsibilities: FINANCIAL ADMIN SUPPORT ? Support financial recordkeeping of the organization. ? Code and upload to SharePoint: donations, deposits, digital invoices, credit card statements (communicate info to NFG & NPDM). ? Manage exceptional payments including contractors, invoices, monthly expenses, and fees (uploading documentation to Sharepoint for NPDM). PAYROLL MANAGEMENT ? Check and collect staff timesheets ? Submit payroll ORGANIZATIONAL ? Have comprehensive understanding of annual budgets and grant budgets ? Communicate with co directors & NPDM about organizational budget updates ? Support new employee onboarding ? Support financial aspects of staff and consultant contracts
