The Senior Program Manager provides senior level innovative and collaborative leadership in The Child and Family Community Based Programs which offers a broad continuum of services that work in collaboration with families and team members to provide high quality, comprehensive treatment that ensures the highest likelihood of success for those we serve. Behavioral Health Network is a growing non-profit community behavioral health agency that has been providing services to children, adults, families and communities in Western Massachusetts since 1938. BHN provides comprehensive, outcome-driven behavioral health care. We are dedicated to offering high quality, affordable and culturally appropriate care to people of all ages and income levels in our constituent communities. Responsibilities: Provide Supervision and leadership to Program Directors to ensure that services in programs are of high quality, improve client satisfaction and meet the performance specifications of the funding sources. Work in collaboration with program and executive leadership to; Create a work culture that values the intrinsic worth of all staff and of those we serve Develop and implement new programs Analyze data to inform decisions about client care and services and Ensure fiscal viability of programs Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with other BHN programs and with community partners. What are we looking for in a Senior Program Manager? Qualification/ Requirements Master\'s Degree in related field required highly preferred Minimum of five years supervisory experience in a related field (Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, Psychology). Demonstrated success in collaboration efforts in partnership with internal programs and external community entities Demonstrated experience with collecting and organizing data from various sources to inform client care and service delivery Working knowledge of the principles of general management, and fiscal management, specifically. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must have familiarity with internet, word processing and email systems.
