As we grow, we're looking for a dynamic Design Consultant to guide our clients through the exciting journey of redesigning their bathrooms.
What You'll Do:
Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget
Provide expert design advice, material recommendations, and layout guidance
Use design tools or software to present visual mockups and product selections
Collaborate with project managers and installers to ensure smooth project execution
Stay current on design trends, product innovations, and bathroom remodeling best practices
Deliver a top-tier, personalized client experience from first consultation to final approval
Manage multiple projects and follow up consistently to ensure client satisfaction
What We're Looking For:
Experience in interior design, remodeling, or home improvement (bathroom design experience is a plus)
Strong sense of design, spatial planning, and material selection
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to build trust with clients and confidently guide decision-making
Familiarity with design software preferred
Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
Professional, polished, and passionate about home transformation
