*Schedule: *
Full Time: 6:00am -- 2:30pm, Monday -- Friday and overtime as required
*Position Summary: *
The Assembly Group Leader will direct assemblers in the department and work with Quality, Engineering and Documentation departments as needed.
*Position Responsibilities: *
- Assigning individual workloads
- Coordinating scheduling with interacting departments
- Completing scheduled assemblies in a timely and efficient manner
- Resolving production problems or involving the appropriate individuals to solve the problem
- Seeing that all company policies and procedures are enforced and upheld
- Performing some production work as time permits

*Position Requirements: *
- Possess a working knowledge of corporate organization policies and procedures
- Have a thorough knowledge of the assemblies in the department
- Have a thorough knowledge of the assembly procedures
- Have knowledge of current quality methods
- Complete any required training programs

High School Diploma or equivalent
