The Global Strategic Business Unit (GSBU), based in St. Louis, MO, provides strategic direction for Nestlé's Global PetCare business activities. The GSBU interacts with Regional, Zone, and Vevey, Switzerland management groups to align, prioritize, and implement business strategies to optimize the performance of our business. The Executive Administrative Assistant provides key functional and administrative support to the Vice President Marketing GSBU, other members of the GSBU Leadership Team and the GSBU Marketing Team. You’ll develop close relationships and accrue deep knowledge of the business and their preferences. This exposure and development will make you a valuable asset throughout your career path.   • Manage calendars throughout the day and update as needed for changes/additions including handling all Outlook requests as they are received, and schedule meetings. This aligns with Global meetings to be attended at Nestlé Headquarters in Vevey on a monthly basis

  • Complete extensive travel arrangements on a global level, including market visits, global meetings, and expense reports. Complete appropriate visas and renewing passports in a timely manner

  • Coordinate both local and global GSBU meetings with local teams, zone level, regional level, Vevey headquarters, and external stakeholders

  • Ensure the overall quality and clarity of all outgoing communications: Documents must be error-free, clear, concise, and formatted to meet departmental standards and global communication templates. Prepare and distribute project-related documents and communications

  • Provide clerical assistance including mail distribution, document reproduction & distribution, translation, and invoice & expense report processing

  • Develop and maintain the physical and electronic filing system for department records

  • Find ways to create an exciting work environment with new GSBU traditions by planning and organizing regular team activities for the GSBU

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • 5 + years of professional experience as an executive assistant at a large organization with 1+ of those years supporting one or more top-level executives

  • 3+ years of experience working with the Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint

Other

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred

The approximate pay range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
