The position

By joining our team in CFO Functional Center of Excellence you will have the opportunity to:

Be part of the Management System Services team who provides tools support, training, analytics, and advisory - supporting the organization within the Management System (MS) area. This includes:

  • Providing specialist support and advisory related to operating and maintaining the Management System (MS) portfolio.

  • Identify, prioritize, plan and conduct MS improvement initiatives, including develop and promote best practices.

  • Support the MS corporate function in developing and implementing the MS strategy.

  • Advise across the company (business areas and corporate functions) on development of work-processes and governing documents to enhance their performance.

  • Guide the business areas and corporate center functions in being compliant with the MS.

  • Develop and maintain competence and training programs, and conduct MS training.

  • Collaborate across the company and to work across the area of Governance, Assurance and Risk.

You

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree, preferably in a technical subject.

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience from working in diverse industries and companies on management systems, quality management or similar.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English.

  • An effective communicator, able to work and collaborate with colleagues across the business.

  • Business understanding, an awarness of the diversity of the business, and the ability to balance this with the need for standardization.

  • A candidate who is pro-active, service minded and able to deliver results through others.

  • A structured and reliable approach.

  • The ability to navigate a variety of issues and handle periodic increased activity.
