JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Participate in the growth and development a sales distribution network that is capable of consistently selling out plant capacity and meeting sales and market share goals while also meeting profit goals. This includes, but is not limited to, improving market penetration (depth and breadth), adding/improving distribution channels, entering and developing new markets/areas, expanding in-house direct sales capabilities, and in-house salespeople to meet sales goals, and cost-effectively providing those sales sources with the resources they need to be effective. * Support for, develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to (in cooperation with other departments) align the strengths of the organization with the market opportunities to maximize profit, ROI, and value for stakeholders in the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, development of all product lines to respond to the market, * Develop and supervise all in-house Sales Administrative personnel and activities. The activities include, but are not limited to, quote preparation, releases and shipments, sales promotions and advertising, external communications to dealers, reps. and other outside entities, Public Relations, and announcements as needed. * Participate directly in sales (and sales support) calls to internal and external customers, interact with customers, and interact interdepartmentally to promote Company sales and marketing efforts and to strive to maximize value added to the customer. * Perform all assigned tasks in a safe, efficient, timely, and accurate and highly productive manner according to company policy. * Contribute to the team effort to produce a quality product. * Lead Commercial needs for quoting enhancements through Ruler development. * Ensure relevant sales and marketing items are updated into CRM....
