We are now hiring field crew at all levels -- field assistant, technician, and crew chiefs in both our Lynnwood and Sumner locations.

$30.00+ an hour for Techs with certifications and direct industry experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (basic):

• Water Mitigation, Mold Remediation, Fire Damage Mitigation, Biohazard Cleaning
• Use of specialized testing equipment. Use of technology to document and record findings
• Removal and disposal of affected building materials
• Ability to wear a full-face respirator
• Must have a "Can Do" attitude

• Job Requirements:

``` - Must be able to lift 50 pounds - Must have a reliable vehicle to arrive at the shop each morning on time - Ability to drive Company Van safely - Ability to work after-hours and weekends when required - Must have a valid WA driver's license with a good driving record (No DUI's) - Background check is mandatory - Other duties as necessary

• Waterproof Coat, Shirts, hats, respirators, masks, gloves, and tools
• Extensive paid training opportunities to earn industry certifications
• Essential company paid vaccinations and respirator testing

You provide:

• Black pants (no blue jeans) and Steel-toed footwear
