You'll make an impact by
Monthly work out middle-term production plan for other departments to make capacity preparation and rolling forecast for suppliers
Daily release production orders to workshop based on customer orders and stock situation to ensure on-time delivery to customer
Daily release purchase orders to supplier base on demand and stock to ensure material availability
Daily monitor and track purchase order status to ensure on-time delivery from supplier
Inventory control and optimization to avoid and reduce slow-moving and dead stock
Maintain and update master data in SAP system to ensure good data quality in the system
Your defining qualities
Bachelor’s degree with a major in business administration or international trade
At least 1 year of experience in production planning or purchasing
Fluent in English
SAP experience is a plus
