Philips RF Amplifier Lead Designer(Pipeline) in Suzhou, China

Job title:

The position will play a critical role in the development of new concept of RF transmitter and power amplifier for healthcare application in Philips.

Your role:

  • Lead the development of MR RF transmit chain for medical systems, including but not limited to product program design, board level and system level development and testing.

  • Be responsible for RF related projects, research RF technology development direction, and conduct technical feasibility analysis and validation.

  • Detailed design delivery for RF power amplifier (technical product spec, DFMEA, RF system architecture, design review, RF performance validation & verification, etc.) during PDLM execution.

  • Perform trouble shoot and root cause analysis on issues from customer or production lines, as well as design verification and product validation, ensure deliverables have no risk in safety and reliability.

  • Working closely with relevant engineering disciplines during concept, design, and verification phase.

  • Design for reliability, performance, and high-quality product delivery through supplier relationships.

  • Track and drive RF domain innovations.Play a critical role in the development of Medical System. The right candidate will have a unique opportunity to create innovative designs. You're the right fit if:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in RF & microwave or related field equivalent.

  • Minimum of 6 years developing RF power amplifier related experience.

  • Solid knowledge of RF power amplifier and RF concept &components.

  • Familiar with using RF testing equipment.

  • Solid Knowledge of using RF/EM simulation tools and implementation tools.

  • Working experience with the global R&D and engineering organizations preferred.

  • Good English communication skills.
