本岗位工作包含 “产品效能、过程效能”的“效果、效率、效益”等相关生产活动。工 作范围包含在指定领域或工作小组从事所分配的生产工作，包含： ▪ 清洁清场 ▪ 试剂灌装 ▪ 产品包装 ▪ 标签打印
职责
负责上述一个或多个领域的生产工作，符合生产过程控制要求；
按规定的要求进行生产前后的准备和清场工作，并完成当班的5S 工作要求；
按规定的要求及时如实填写清洗记录、批记录、等日常执行和管理记录；
按规定的要求正确操作灌装包装设备，维持高比例的一次性合格率；
对指定领域的灌装、包装设备进行合适的维护保养，并完成当班TPM 表中的
各项工作，减少设备故障；
培训和带领产线其他人员，管理产线灌装、包装过程，控制关键点，维护标准
工时；
对于生产过程中出现的问题，及时汇报并可以应对处理；
根据产品要求打印核对标签批号有效期，并进行耗材的统计与管理
完成生产主管安排的其他工作。
技能要求
初中 7 年以上相关工作经验；高中或中专以上，3 年相关行业工作经验；大专
及以上1 年以上工作经验；机械、电子或其他工科专业优先考虑
有良好的计算和文字能力，能正确理解文件的内容。
熟悉洁净车间要求
工作积极主动，有团队合作精神，较强的学历能力和解决问题的能力
