Compeer of Suburban Philadelphia CompeerCORPS Coordinator in Swarthmore, Pennsylvania
Voice and Vision is hiring a VETERAN to lead the Delaware County CompeerCORPS Program!
We are seeking a motivated and highly personable Veteran who will manage the day-to-day operations of the CompeerCORPS program. This includes developing CompeerCORPS in Delaware County, networking with Veteran organizations, and establishing Veteran friendship matches. Qualifications:
- Must be a Veteran and understand military culture.
- Minimum HS Diploma, Bachelor's preferred.
- Knowledge of Behavioral Health services (mental health and/or drug and alcohol) in Delaware County.
- Understand and support recovery and resiliency principles.
- Demonstrate professional demeanor, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in and enjoy working with diverse populations.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet program deadlines.
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.
- Driver's license, a car with registration and insurance required.
This position is full-time (37.5 hrs/week) with benefits.
