Due to promotion, we currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team working on a premium asset for one key client.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, and fully supported by a network of property professionals, you will be responsible for the efficient, cost effective operation, maintenance and development of all services within the assets.

The opportunity:

  • Foster customer engagement and manage relationships with stakeholders. Manage property operating expenditure budgets and ensure accurate reporting.

  • Possess excellent time management, organizational and communication skills, with high attention to detail.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies for property management. Monitor and review building services, recommending enhancements.

  • Monitor tenancy fit outs, rectify service failures and ensure compliance with required standards. Prepare service issue recommendations.

  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures related to statutory code requirements, health and safety, building services operations, and emergency procedures.

  • Assist in the implementation of energy management programs, manage contractor activities, and review maintenance and service agreements.

  • Provide high levels of customer service, maintain accurate documentation, manage environmental risks, and participate in Crisis Control Committee if required.

About you:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Facilities Manager on commercial asset

  • Government or high end asset experience beneficial

  • Excellent communication skills with a strong tenant focused background

  • Customer centricity is always front of mind

  • Proven experience in managing government tenants is beneficial
